Incredible. More than anything, she comes off as a person who has gotten herself WAY in over her head. Also, she is clearly not a person who listens attentively, as there are several moments in the call that should have given it away as fake. According to this New Yorker article, Palin worked hard to gain the Washington connections that got her the VP spot. I don’t think you can feel sorry for her, because she chose to get into the big leagues. But someone needs to wrap a warm towel around her and tuck her into bed.
