five facts about me

ok i have decided to open this thing up.  this thing being tumblr.  so i will now use it to THE MAX, and not just for photos.  but there will still be photos.  and blood.  

1.  i started playing drums at age nine.  i wanted to start at age four, but my parents, who are musicians, insisted i learn piano first

2.  i love muppets, claymation, and animal personification in general

3. i could easily live in paris, but i am also happy in los angeles, for now

4. i will yell a friend’s name extremely loudly in public to get his or her attention.  i often do

5. i would like to learn to stunt drive

1.  I went to an all-boys Jesuit Catholic high school where we had to wear ties and blazers every day.

2.  I’m up for dating a girl with a really foul mouth.  Or a British girl.  Or someone who is both.  Other than that, I’ll pass at the moment.  

3.  My favorite movie, despite everything, is probably Revenge of the Nerds. 

4.  I’ve lived in Los Angeles for 8 years.

5.  Sometimes I think about leaving everything, buying a 200 year old barn in Cape Cod, growing a huge beard and writing a crazy novel for several years.

1.  I’m a militant believer in karma. 

2. I want to have lots of kids someday (at least one boy and one girl). 

3. I hold my stomach in as habit from my formative years as a chubby kid.

4. Pixar films choke me up.
